Code Compliance Committee

Client overview

The Code Compliance Committee (’the CCC’) was established in July 2009 to ensure credit unions and mutual building societies that have adopted the Mutual Banking Code of Practice meet the standards of good practice set out in the Code.

The CCC investigates complaints that the Code has been breached and monitors Mutuals’ compliance with the Code through compliance activities such as mystery shopping, surveys and compliance visits.

What we've done for them

Logo Development and Style Guide

The Code Compliance Committee involved the creative team of Revium to develop a new logo to be used across their website and other marketing material such as letterheads, business cards and company reports.

The logo development process covered the following steps:

  • Initial engagement with key stakeholders to understand branding and logo requirements and target market;
  • Development of 3 different design concepts;
  • Two rounds of changes following review;
  • Presentation of revised logo/branding for final sign-off and
  • Conversion of final logo into formats for both print and screen use.

Following on from the design of the logo, Revium provided CCC with a formal corporate style guide. The style guide clearly defines the manner in which logos and fonts can be used for any documents and marketing materials relating to CCC.
