Linq – SubmitChanges does not work

by Mark Wiseman on June 8th, 2010 | Posted in Revium Sandbox | Comment on this entry

This is one of those very annoying things you just have to ask the developers of the Linq Library: “Why don’t you throw an exception for us??”

When you use Linq to SQL you need to make sure that the table has a primary key specified. Otherwise when you call SubmitChanges nothing will happen!

How painful!
